AIDM, operated by Creator Economy Tech Pvt Ltd, is a digital software-as-a-service product. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery timelines for physical items apply.
1. Digital delivery
Access to the Service is delivered electronically. Once your account is created and a plan or wallet credits are successfully purchased, the corresponding features are provisioned to your account immediately or within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
2. Accessing your purchase
- Subscription features and prepaid credits are activated on the account used at checkout.
- You can use the Service by signing in at aidm.me.
- Payment receipts and invoices are sent to the email address on your account.
3. Delivery issues
If a payment succeeds but the corresponding plan or credits are not reflected on your account, email support@aidm.me with your payment reference and we will resolve it promptly.
